14-day money-back guarantee
When you purchase a paid BillXpert plan for the first time, you have 14 calendar days from the transaction date to evaluate the software on your counters.
If you find that the software is not the right fit for your workflow, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the subscription fee paid.
How to request a refund
We do not make you jump through hoops or fill out complex cancellation forms. To request a refund:
- Send an email from your registered account to support@billxperts.com.
- Include your business trade name and your payment invoice or receipt number.
- Let us know you would like to claim the 14-day refund. (Feedback on what we could do better is always welcome, but never required).
Processing and payout timelines
Once our team receives your email, we process your refund immediately.
The refunded amount is credited directly back to your original source of payment (UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card) via our payment gateway within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's clearance schedule.
Cancellations and future renewals
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase. Subsequent recurring renewal payments are not eligible for a refund.
However, you have complete control over your subscription. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by messaging support. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your prepaid period, and your card or UPI will not be charged again.
Exporting your store records
You own all your invoices, customer contacts, stock records, and transaction ledgers.
Before closing your account or requesting a refund, we recommend using the export feature in the software to download your complete data in Excel or CSV formats for your tax and accounting records.
