We store all databases on secure cloud instances managed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) located in the **Mumbai, India** region. This ensures your financial records stay within regional borders, complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India.

We employ 256-bit SSL encryption to lock down transmissions between store computers and servers, and maintain strict firewalls around application interfaces.

3. Zero Monetization Commitment

We commit to absolute data confidentiality. **We never read, bundle, segment, or sell your store transactions, margins, or buyer contact logs to secondary lending agencies or marketing networks.**

4. Complete Account Deletion

We believe in data ownership. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can request complete erasure of your store profile, inventory lists, and invoice histories. Send a request from your registered email to support@billxperts.com and our database administrators will scrub your records from all active databases and cold storage backups within 7 business days.
